Imagist3D is a professional 3d visualization company, with a group of energetic and bridle-wise employees. Specializing in 3d rendering, animation and virtual reality for architectural and interior designers, real estate developers and marketing agencies. Work Process
3D Rendering
Before project start
• Design drawings (cad drawings of floor plan, site plan, elevations, landscape plan and etc.) or a 3d model (Rhino, Revit, 3ds max, Sketchup and etc.)
• Preferred camera angles (mark on the floor plan or select the views on the 3d model)
• Material and texture maps or reference images
• Mood example renderings
• Project site location or context photo (shot photo)
• Interior furniture selection (only for interior renderings)
• The project deadline
Process of making a 3d rendering
• Build the 3d model, and send model drafts (in low res with our company watermark) to check the building model, landscape, camera angle, and fix the model after receiving feedback.
• Add material, texture, lighting and render draft rendering (in low res with our company watermark) for review, improve the rendering after getting comments.
• Once the draft rendering is approved, render the high resolution rendering and add post production. The final rendering will be sent after the payment is transferred.
** The resolution of 3d rendering will be 8K, if you need higher resolution please let us know before the project start.
** If any major design changes during the work process may result in additional fee.
3D Animation
Before project start
• Design drawings (cad drawings of floor plan, site plan, elevations, landscape plan and etc.) or a 3d model (Rhino, Revit, 3ds max, Sketchup and etc.)
• Preferred camera path (mark on the floor plan) and storyboard
• Material and texture maps or reference images
• Animation example video
• Project site location or context video (shot video)
• Interior furniture selection (only for interior animation)
• The project deadline
Process of making a 3d rendering
• Build the 3d model and send the preview video clip to check the cameras, path, speed, and model details and etc.
• Add material, texture and lighting and then send key frames (still images) for review.
• After the key frames are approved, make a animation draft video to confirm before the final delivery
• High res rendering and the final animation will be finalized after editing and compositing. The final video will be delivered after the payment is transferred.
